1. What You're Purchasing The Confident College Parent System ("the product") is a digital Notion-based framework licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. Upon purchase, you receive a link to duplicate the product into your own personal Notion workspace.

2. License & Restrictions Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the duplicate link publicly
  • Repackage or claim the content as your own for commercial purposes
  • Duplicate the Product on behalf of others without their own separate purchase

3. Not Professional Advice The product is an educational and organizational tool created from personal experience and independent research. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Content addressing mental health, crisis situations, or emergencies (including but not limited to Module 7 and Module 8) is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from using this product. Every family and situation is different.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, College Launch Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product, including reliance on any resource, script, or framework contained within it.

6. Intellectual Property All content within the product is the intellectual property of College Launch Pro and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
