Because The Confident College Parent System is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final once the Notion workspace link has been accessed or duplicated.

However, we want you to feel confident in this purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your content or the product isn't what you expected, contact us at collegelaunchprofessional@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we'll work with you directly.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after the workspace has been duplicated and used
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
